28 October this year, Yerzhan Tatishev Foundation and Club of fellows of Foundation supported by Night Club” Da Freak organized “charity evening” Charity’s Cherry “

28 October 2009 at a night club “Da Freak” Yerzhan Tatishev Foundation organized “special party”, a charity concert «Charity’s Cherry”, which was initiated by the Club of fellows. The Club consists of 49 students who were fortunate to become owners of grants of the fund. As the event aimed to raise some money, all funds raised at this event were provided as a support for the NGO “Special Olympics”, dealing with rehabilitation of children with disabilities through sports. We hope that the assistance received from the charity concert, is extremely important for children who play sports and take an active part in the Paralympics. The event was supported by the Hit TV channel, Radio Energy, the company “Almaty Concert” and “Planet of Feng Shui.

Talking about the evening itself. The event started after 7 pm. and was opened with the speech of the president of Yerzhan Tatishev Foundation Mr. Marat Aytmagambetov who granted a check for the amount collected from the sales of tickets to the representative of Special Olympics in Kazakhstan. The event was held in a positive atmosphere which was created by show-men of leading radio stations Alexander Shmygalev and Malik Ruziev. During the concert the organizers could was seen true enjoy of children, for whom the concert was organized. Children had an opportunity to see almost all stars of Kazakh pop music of our time, including the group “Peppers”, “All-Davai,” “Everest”, “Mechta”, “Muturganchiki”, singer Sergiu, a dance troupe ” Blockbusters “the dance” Kazakhstan “, the famous violinist Zara Esenaman. It was interesting that Zara got a letter from the secret fans. Children were also given a chance to communicate with them and take photos of a long memory.

From my point of view, I want to point out that this was the first for our Club’s scholarship event of such a large scale. This was our first large step, and we hope that there will be more steps and we will become more confident, because our road is waiting for us. So looking forward to next time …
